These terms apply to your use of reshyle.com and to any order you place with us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Shipping Info and Returns & Refunds pages, which form part of these terms.
1. About us
Reshyle is a Pakistan-based retailer of eastern wear for women, selling online at reshyle.com and delivering nationwide within Pakistan.
2. Products
We photograph our pieces in natural light and describe them as accurately as we can. Screens vary, however, and slight variation in colour between your device and the fabric is normal and is not considered a fault.
Most suits are sold unstitched. The exact contents of each suit – shirt, trouser, dupatta and any patches – are listed on the individual product page. Fabric quantities are provided as supplied by the manufacturer.
3. Pricing and availability
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.
We may change prices and update or withdraw products at any time. Stock is limited and availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.
Where an error in price or description is obvious, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order – for example where stock is unavailable, where delivery details are incomplete or unreachable, or where we suspect fraudulent or abusive use. Where we cancel, we refund any amount already paid.
5. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, JazzCash, Easypaisa and cash on delivery. Cash on delivery orders must be paid in full to the courier on receipt. Repeated refusal of cash on delivery parcels may result in that option being withdrawn from future orders.
6. Delivery
We deliver within Pakistan only. Delivery times given on the site are estimates in working days and are not guaranteed, as final delivery is carried out by third-party couriers. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct – couriers usually call before delivery.
7. Returns and exchanges
Our 7-day exchange policy and the conditions attached to it are set out in full on our Returns & Refunds page. Unstitched fabric that has been cut, stitched or altered cannot be exchanged.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable Pakistani consumer law.
8. Use of this website
You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its operation. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe it is being misused.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site – including photographs, text, designs and the Reshyle name and logo – belongs to Reshyle or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced for commercial use without our written permission. Brand names of labels we stock remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order and to respond to your messages. We do not sell your personal data. Payment details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by us.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
