You can use WhatsApp to:
- Ask about fabric, fit or sizing before you order
- Place an order by message if you would rather not check out online
- Check where your parcel has reached
- Start a 7-day exchange
When we reply
We aim to answer every message within one working day. Messages sent late at night, on Sundays or over public holidays are answered the next working day. During Eid and sale periods we may take a little longer – we do read everything.
Before you message about an order
It helps us answer faster if you include:
- Your order number
- The phone number you ordered with
- A photo, if the question is about the item itself
