We deliver across Pakistan, with cash on delivery available nationwide.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once shipped, most parcels arrive within 3-7 working days depending on your city. Major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi are usually at the faster end of that range; smaller towns and remote areas may take a little longer.
During Eid, sale periods and public holidays, courier networks get busy and delivery can take slightly longer than usual. We will always let you know if we expect a delay on your order.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on all prepaid orders over Rs. 2,000
- Standard delivery charges apply to orders below Rs. 2,000 and are shown at checkout before you pay
- Cash on delivery is available nationwide
How you can pay
We accept Visa, Mastercard, JazzCash and Easypaisa, as well as cash on delivery. Prepaid orders qualify for free delivery over Rs. 2,000 and are usually dispatched fastest.
Tracking your order
When your parcel is dispatched we will share tracking details so you can follow it to your door. You can also check progress any time on our Track My Order page, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will check for you.
Before your parcel arrives
- Please make sure the delivery address and phone number on your order are correct – couriers call before delivery
- If nobody is available, the courier will normally attempt delivery again the next working day
- For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready where possible
